SLABRAFFLE — STANDARD COMPETITION CONDITIONS (DRAFT FOR LEGAL APPROVAL)
1. THE PRIZE. The prize is the exact graded collectible shown in the photographs and described on this competition page, including its grading company, grade and certification number. The winner receives the listed prize, not a cash alternative unless the final published General Competition Terms expressly provide otherwise.
2. ENTRY DETAILS. The entry price, total number of available entries, maximum entries per person and scheduled closing date and time are displayed on this competition page. These displayed details form part of the competition conditions. Entries are subject to the published eligibility criteria and any verification requirements.
3. ENTRY QUESTION. Entrants must submit a correct answer to the entry question in accordance with the final published General Competition Terms. Submitting an answer or starting checkout does not itself create a confirmed entry.
4. PAYMENT AND NUMBERED ENTRIES. A paid entry is confirmed only after successful payment and validation by SlabRaffle. Each accepted entry is allocated one unique entry number in the competition's draw pool and linked to the entrant's order. Confirmed numbers can be viewed in the entrant's account. Failed, cancelled or refunded entries are not eligible for the draw.
5. FREE ENTRY ROUTE. Any free method of entry is governed by the separately published Free Entry Rules, including submission requirements, closing deadlines and verification. Valid free entries are included in the same eligible draw pool as valid paid entries.
6. CLOSING AND DRAW. No new entries are accepted after the competition has closed. Before the draw, SlabRaffle will reconcile payment status and accepted free entries. The winner is selected from the eligible entry numbers using the draw process described in the final published General Competition Terms. The winning number and result will be recorded in the winners archive.
7. WINNER CONTACT AND DELIVERY. Winner verification, contact deadlines, delivery arrangements and any applicable taxes or charges follow the final published General Competition Terms. The winner must provide the details reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange delivery.
8. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES. Any cancellation, postponement, insufficient-entry scenario or refund is handled under the final published General Competition Terms and applicable consumer law. SlabRaffle will not change the prize, entry price or material competition rules after publication except where lawful and expressly permitted under those terms.
9. FULL RULES. These competition-specific conditions should be read with SlabRaffle's General Competition Terms, Free Entry Rules and Privacy Notice. Where mandatory law grants additional consumer rights, those rights are not affected.
