Use this address for account support, questions about competition information, payment or entry enquiries, and general feedback.
For an existing entry, include the competition name and your order reference if you have one. Never email passwords, full card numbers, card security codes or sensitive identity documents unless we provide a secure, verified way to send them.

Privacy and data rights: email us with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify account ownership before sharing account information.
Collector events: include the event organiser, confirmed date, venue and original event website.
Community moderation: send the page or post link and a short description of your concern.
