1. Availability of the no-purchase route
SlabRaffle intends to offer a free postal entry route where permitted and required by the final approved competition structure. There is no purchase or payment to SlabRaffle for submitting a valid free postal entry, although the sender would ordinarily be responsible for standard postage and writing materials. This information is not an open invitation to send entries yet.
2. Competition-specific requirements
The completed instructions for each eligible competition must be published on that competition's page alongside its question, choices, prize, permitted number of entries, published closing deadline and age/territory eligibility. The final rules must specify the correct postal address, how a postal entrant identifies their competition, how many entries may be sent, the accepted format, what identifying information is necessary and how the answer to the published question is supplied. Email, social-media messages and hand delivery are not substitutes for a postal entry unless explicitly approved in the rules.
3. Receipt and deadlines
Valid postal submissions must reach the approved receiving address by the receipt deadline disclosed for that competition. Posting an item before closing is not, by itself, evidence that it arrived on time. The operator must document how post is received, securely recorded, dated, checked for duplicates and processed if delivery is late, unclear or incomplete. The applicable closing time and time zone will be identified on each competition page.
4. Eligibility and qualifying answer
Postal entrants must satisfy the same final age, jurisdiction, identity and per-person entry limits as other eligible entrants. If a qualifying knowledge or skill question is used, the question and correct-answer requirement must apply consistently across entry routes. Invalid answers, duplicates, ineligible senders or entries received outside the permitted period must be managed using the final published rules and an auditable record.
5. Public draw name and privacy
Before accepting any postal entries, the final written instructions must clearly explain that each eligible number may be shown beside the entrant's selected public draw name in the published entry CSV, livestream or recording. The proposed default is first name and surname initial; using a full name must require an express choice. Private email, address and payment information must not be placed in that public CSV. The operator must document the lawful GDPR basis for this publication and honour applicable rights. See Privacy Notice.
6. Entry numbers and equal treatment
Once legally authorised, postal entries that have been checked and accepted are intended to be entered into the same numbered eligible draw pool as reconciled paid entries. Each confirmed eligible number would have an equal chance of selection in the recorded draw. Postal submissions do not automatically reserve numbers when posted; the operator must confirm acceptance and prevent entries from exceeding the published limits and competition capacity.
7. Results and prize claims
The proposed process records the winning number in the Winners archive along with a public eligible-entry list and a recording. Winner verification, contact, claim deadlines and delivery arrangements must be consistent with the final approved Terms & Conditions, regardless of how the valid entry was obtained.
8. Complaints and questions
Questions about the planned entry method can be sent to info@slabraffle.com. This email address is for enquiries only, not for submitting free entries. For the wider framework, see Terms & Conditions.
